Nova Engineering, Inc. is a minority-owned and HUB Certified S Corporation located in The Colony, TX.  Nova Engineering, Inc. was incorporated on January 31, 2006, in the state of Texas and has (2) two owners/shareholders, Joel Garcia, and Chris Carroll.  Mr. Garcia has been involved with managing and designing mechanical/plumbing systems since 1999.  His experience includes education facilities, commercial buildings, health care lite, data centers, telecommunication centers, and aviation facilities.  His experience ranges from split systems and package units to entire central plant designs.  Mr. Carroll has been personally involved with managing and designing electrical systems since 1999.  His experience includes education facilities, commercial buildings, broadcast, data centers, telecommunication centers, and religious facilities.  His knowledge of electrical power systems ranges from low-voltage system design to complex medium-voltage distribution systems.
